Summary: This letter announces the availability of Federal Student Aid's recording of the Direct Loan Processing for New Participants training session.
Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce the availability of the recorded version of our online, instructor-led training on Direct Loan Processing for New Participants. This 90-minute training session, intended for individuals on the financial aid staff at schools new to the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program or to individuals at schools that already process Direct Loans but who are new in their positions, was offered monthly from February through July 2009.
