Dear Colleague:

We are pleased to announce the release of two (2) separate recorded versions of the internet based briefings presented on December 5 and 12, 2007 by Jeff Baker, Federal Student Aid's Policy Liaison and Implementation Director.

The first recording covers changes made to the Higher Education Act by the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA). The second briefing provides an overview of the recently published final rules covering the Student Assistance General Provisions regulations, the Academic Competitiveness Grants (ACG) and National SMART Grant regulations, and the Federal student loan program regulations.

PLEASE NOTE: Each session includes a QA session with Jeff Baker recorded during the original live event.
