Dear Partner:

We are pleased to announce our 2007-08 instructor-led online training on the Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4) on the web. This one hour and thirty minute session will be offered four times during March and early April of 2007. Registration is required for these sessions; please click on the link below to choose the class that best fits your schedule

All classes will be conducted using Federal Student Aid’s Distance Education system, which allows you to participate without leaving your desk. You will be provided with a link to the session when you register.

The R2T4 training module is aimed at intermediate level users of the Federal Student Aid’s on-line systems such as FAA Access to CPS On-line. This training is designed to show how to properly configure the R2T4 tool for your institution’s needs. We will also cover the various reporting features of the software.

Each training session will be conducted by two federal trainers and will last one hour and thirty minutes. The sessions will provide hands-on exercises in using FAA Access to CPS on-line along with supplemental study materials that can be downloaded from the web. During the session, you will be able to interact with the instructors using your computer's keyboard.

Because this is an on-line session, you will need to have a computer with an Internet connection and a separate phone line to access the audio portion of the training. Please click on the links below to determine if your system meets the requirements to access the session.
