This self-paced online training course offers a comprehensive introduction to FSA management and has been updated to include HERA requirements. Posted on 10-12-2006 Dear Partner We are pleased to announce the release of the newly updated edition of FSA COACH. This self-paced online course, written at an introductory level, has been fully updated for the 2006-07 award year and incorporates important information from the Higher Education Reconciliation Act (HERA). The course is available at www.ed.gov/fsacoach. FSA COACH offers 37 different lessons on FSA program management at a beginner's level and takes about 40 hours to complete in its entirety. The course features live links to other FSA information and products, interactive exercises, review questions, and quizzes that help learners assess their mastery of the course material. Designed for new financial aid personnel, FSA COACH is the latest of our offerings intended to provide timely information on HERA requirements.
