You may use the attached Draft FISAP and accompanying instruction document to prepare for final submission of your school's information. We have not made substantive changes or added new data fields to this FISAP. Of note, however, are revisions we have made to the instructions. Many instructions have been revised to enhance the clarity and to make them easier to understand. As your school uses the Draft FISAP and accompanying instruction document to prepare for final submission of its information, keep in mind the deadline for submitting this FISAP. As announced in the Notice of the 2006-2007 Award Year Deadline Dates for the Campus-Based Programs published in the Federal Register on March 27, 2006 (71 FR 15180), the date by which your school must submit this FISAP is Friday, September 29, 2006.
