This letter announces the arrival of FSA's new, user-friendly Training Registration System.
Dear Partner:
We are pleased to announce that FSA's new, easy-to-use Training Registration System is now available. As we noted in our May 13 Training Announcement (ANN-04-04), you do not need a userid or password to use the new system, you will find it much easier to navigate, and one person in your office can register multiple people for training at one time.
We thank you for your patience during the past two weeks of "down time" needed to transition to our new system, and we invite you to review it by going to www.ed.gov/offices/OSFAP/training/index.html and selecting "Fundamentals of Title IV Administration." From this page you will select the "View schedule/Register" option.
Currently, the only courses listed on the system are five sessions of "Fundamentals of Title IV" training. NOTE: If you have already registered for one of these sessions, you DO NOT have to re-register. Your name has been carried forward to the new system, and you are still registered. In fact, we have sent e-mail "reconfirmation of registration" notices to all registrants for those courses.
In mid-July, look for our announcement of our one-day workshops on Return of Title IV Funds, Verification, and Conflicting Information. We will offer this training nationwide, from mid-September through December, and we hope to see many of you at these sessions. We know that registering for them will be easy!
Sincerely,
Kay Jacks
