Dear Partner:
We are pleased to announce the upcoming replacement of our current Training Registration system with a new, more user-friendly system. Among its advantages: unlike our current system, you will not need a password to register for courses, and one person in your office can register multiple people for training at one time. It will also be much easier to navigate.
Transitioning from our current system to the new one will involve two weeks of "down time." Beginning May 14, the current system will be unavailable. On May 28, the new system will be available for use. We hope this period of down time will not inconvenience you, and to make sure it does not, we will register you manually if you need to register during that time.
Currently, the only courses listed on our registration system after May 14 are six sessions of "Fundamentals of Title IV" training. NOTE: If you have already registered for one of these sessions, you DO NOT have to re-register. Your name will be carried forward to the new system.
The next "Fundamentals" workshop is scheduled for June 2-11 in our Philadelphia Regional Training Facility. All seats are taken for this workshop.
Following that, we have a "Fundamentals" workshop scheduled for July 12-16 in our Denver Regional Training Facility. There are 21 seats available, and if during the two weeks of down time (5/14 through 5/28), you wish to register for this workshop, you may do so by calling us at 202-377-3941. Or, you may register by using the old system before the 14th, or by using the new system after the 28th.
Other "Fundamentals for Title IV" workshops are scheduled for August, September, and October, and you will be able to register for them using the new system.
Sincerely,
Kay Jacks
