This letter announces FSA's release of three additional modules of 2004-05 EDExpress Basics: Pell Grants, Direct Loans, and Packaging
Dear Partner:
We are pleased to announce the release of three additional modules of EDExpress Basics, the web-based training product that teaches users the basic skills needed to access and navigate the 2004-05 EDExpress and EDConnect software. The modules cover Pell Grants, Direct Loans, and Packaging. To access them, go to http://fsa4schools.ed.gov/edexpressbasics
Together with the first two modules (Global Functions and Application Processing) released in February, the EDExpress Basics self-paced learning modules are now complete for 2004-05. The following topics are examples of the areas covered:
EDExpress Menus
Navigation
Importing and Exporting Data
Using EDConnect to transmit data
Using Help screens
Queries
Setup screens for all modules
Functionality of all EDExpress modules/screens
This training is intended for financial office staff with day-to-day responsibility using the EDExpress software.
