Where can I find my FISAP Software, Instructions Book and forms?
You may access the 2002-2003 Campus-Based Programs FISAP 4.0 Software along with the Instruction Book and forms on our website www.fsadownload.ed.gov website.
How may I transmit and receive FISAP Data?
You may transmit, receive, and report FISAP information electronically through the U.S. Department of Education's (ED) Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG). The FISAP Instructions Book and forms are enclosed with this letter.
When is my FISAP due?
The deadline for submission is October 1, 2001. Look for complete details on submitting the FISAP in the enclosed FISAP Instructions book.

Where can I find my reallocation form?
The EDExpress FISAP 4.0 Software also includes the Campus-Based Reallocation Form. Complete details on the reallocation process are also included on this http://ifap.ed.gov website.
When is the reallocation due?
Your reallocation form must be transmitted through ED's SAIG by August 24, 2001.
