Dear Partner:

The second in our series of satellite videoconferences this fall is "Reauthorization: New
Requirements, New Opportunities." Our new SFA Universitywill sponsor this live, free of charge program on December 2, 1999 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

We will examine and explain significant changes to the administration of the Title IV student assistance programs resulting from the last year's reauthorization of the Higher Education Act and the final regulations that have just been published supporting the reauthorization. Discussion will focus on those requirements that most directly affect our school partners:

Approximately one or two days before the live broadcast we will post the final program (PDF) handouts with the actual discussion points on this URL.
