Enclosed is a copy of the LEAP Program Performance Report (ED Form 1288-1) for fiscal year 1998 (1998-1999 award year). The LEAP program was formerly known as the State Student Incentive Grant Program. The deadline for receipt of this report in our office is October 1, 1999.
