Topics to be covered include: The consolidation process Regaining Title IV eligibility Eligibility requirements Counseling your borrowers Repayment options Borrower assistance service Deferment options Other helpful tips Who should attend? Financial Aid professionals wanting to assist borrowers with questions about Direct Consolidation Loans with comfort and ease. When and where is the training? The training sessions are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. OR 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The enclosed schedule identifies locations and dates. How do I register?
