Dear Guaranty Agency Director: The Federal Emergency Management Agency has recently declared 3 more counties in Georgia to be disaster areas that qualify for federal assistance under FEMAs "Individual Assistance" program because of flooding that began March 7. Our most recent notice to you about the flooding in Georgia was "Disaster Letter 98-31," dated April 9.
