Dear Guaranty Agency Director: The Federal Emergency Management Agency has added 8 more counties to the list of counties in Georgia that have been declared disaster areas that qualify for federal assistance under FEMAs "Individual Assistance" program because of flooding that began March 7. Our most recent notice to you about the flooding in Georgia was "Disaster Letter 98-49," dated May 18.
