Dear Financial Aid Administrator: Several weeks ago you sent us a Reallocation Form E40-4P in which your institution released 1995-96 unexpended funds for the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, Federal Work-Study and/or Federal Perkins Loan Programs. Enclosed is an adjusted 1995-96 authorization letter that reflects this release of funds. When you submit your institution's 1995-96 fiscal operations report (FISAP), be sure to enter the enclosed final adjusted authorization (s), and date of adjustment, in Item 1 of the appropriate program report section. In addition, your ED/PMS 272 Report as of September 30, 1996, should reflect the adjustment authorization (s).
