This chapter, along with Chapter 2, had not been completed when the rest of the 1994-95 Handbook was distributed. We distributed Chapter 2 in early March and with the enclosed Chapter 3, your Handbook should be complete. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. The 1995-96 Handbook is currently being developed, and is on schedule for printing in June. Due to budgetary considerations, we have limited the initial distribution of Chapter 3 to one copy per school. If your institution needs additional copies, you may photocopy as many as needed.
