Come find out what the nearly 7 million annual inquiries from students, parents and members of the financial aid community are all about. This session will provide a greater understanding of the contact center operations/management and contact data and trends. An actual Customer Service Representative will be available to provide insight into the most frequently asked questions and the financial aid issues that continue to challenge students and parents. Come and share your suggestions for enhancing customer service delivery.
