This policy session covers the impact on term-based programs of the recent changes to the late disbursement rules on student eligibility and awards in the Federal Pell Grant Program. Issues covered include student eligibility based on the receipt of a SAR or ISIR, initial calculation of a student's Federal Pell Grant, and recalculation, both required and optional, for changes in enrollment status. The session focuses on educational programs with compressed courses or modules within a term and includes case studies related to these issues.
