What exactly is COD anyway? If you want to know what your peers in financial aid are raving about, come hear a run-down of what COD stands for, what it does, and how it is going to help you in your financial aid role. This presentation is designed for new entrants into the financial aid industry and/or new COD users, and will be a walk-through of COD and its partner systems. This presentation will also provide COD tricks of the trade and the lessons learned since COD's inception.
