Financial Aid Night Presentation for High School Counselors

We have created a "financial aid night in a can" so you can make your own financial aid presentations to students and parents. There is a series of slides, available either as a PowerPoint presentation (which works on either PC or Mac) or as overhead transparencies. To accompany the visuals, we have produced a booklet with a presentation script and a section called "Planning a Financial Aid Awareness Program."

The presentation was designed to be short and simple. It can be used on its own as the central feature of a financial aid night or in combination with presentations from college admissions staff or other experts as part of a college fair. Download the components of the "financial aid night in a can" below.

Note that there are two versions of the PowerPoint presentation. One, which allows you to edit Slide 5 ("Costs in Our Area") by adding a text box in your own PowerPoint software, is more than 3 megabytes in size. It will take longer to download than the other version, which you will not be able to make changes to.
