We will explore the advantages of strong strategic alliances in understanding and ensuring student loan repayment. Are schools and the FFELP financial partners coordinating their efforts with all the potentially useful players? Have we communicated to those outside the student loan community what guarantors, lenders/servicers do to encourage successful repayment of student loans? How can we enhance these alliances? The impact of efforts by students, school and debt counselors, parents, federal and state organizations, employers, and others will be presented.
