What is the Knowledge Center?
The Knowledge Center is a centralized repository within FSA Partner Connect that provides access to Federal Student Aid (FSA) resources, including policy guidance, announcements, training materials, and technical documentation. It is designed with a modern layout and enhanced search capabilities to make it easier for users to find and access the information they need.
How do I update my subscriptions?
If you already have subscriptions set up, you can update them by navigating to My Account and selecting the My Subscriptions tab. From there, you can manage your preferences for email digests, RSS feeds, and other Knowledge Center notifications. If you don’t have any subscriptions yet, you can set them up by clicking the Subscriptions button on the Knowledge Center Home page. This will guide you through selecting the topics and formats you’d like to receive.
How do I complete an Advance Search in the Knowledge Center?
You can perform an Advanced Search by clicking the Advanced Search link under the Search Bar on the Knowledge Center Home page and selecting from the Advanced Search options. By using Advanced Search, you can filter your search by Resource Type and publication date by Calendar Year or Date Range.
