eZ-Audit Access and Enrollment (Partner Connect) FAQ

Browse frequently asked questions and answers regarding eZ-Audit Access and Enrollment on FSA Partner Connect.

eZ-Audit is the online system that schools use to submit annual financial statements and compliance audits through FSA Partner Connect.

Access must be granted by your organization’s eligibility & oversight (E&O) administrator using the Account Access Management Center (AAMC) in Partner Connect.

Log in to Partner Connect, open “My Account,” then select “My Organization” to view your current E&O administrators.

Your administrator must enter your first name, last name, and business email address, and then must confirm your email address.

You will receive an email prompting you to log in, review responsibilities, acknowledge your access, and complete E-Sign.

Log in to Partner Connect, review the responsibilities, check all acknowledgment boxes, enter your legal name and the date, and then submit.

Partner Connect will assign a pseudo-SSN for foreign users who need one.

No. Users may hold only one eZ-Audit user type at a time.

After signing in to Partner Connect, Open the AAMC. Go to “Manage User Accounts” and select “Add New User.” Enter the user’s required demographic information. Once complete, choose the access type needed, complete the user responsibility acknowledgments, and submit the request. The new user will receive an access form via email. The user must complete the access form to complete the process

To update an existing user, follow these steps:

  • Sign in to Partner Connect.
  • Open the AAMC.
  • Go to "Manage User Accounts".
  • Select the user you want to update.
  • Choose "Modify Access."
  • Select or adjust the eZ‑Audit access needed.
  • Save the changes.

The user will be notified of their new access type and will confirm this access upon next logging in to FSA Partner Connect.

The E&O administrator selects “Auditor User,” then chooses the correct auditing organization and TIN/EIN.

Third-party servicers receive eZ-Audit access once the school and the servicer have an established relationship within Partner Connect. To create this relationship, the servicer must complete the third-party servicer inquiry form listing the school as a client, and the school must update its e-App to identify the servicer as one of its contracted providers. Once the relationship has been established, the school must grant the servicer organization eZ-Audit access through the “Servicer Management” tab in the AAMC. Only then can the third-party servicer’s E&O administrator enroll individual users at the servicer organization for eZ-Audit access.

Third-party servicer entities follow a process similar to schools. The third-party servicer E&O administrator can enroll users in eZ‑Audit for the standalone third-party servicer. The key requirement is that the administrator must first be signed in under the standalone third-party servicer organization before initiating any enrollment. Once enrolled, the third-party servicer will be able to access the eZ‑Audit system and manage audit submissions specific to that third-party servicer.

You must submit manually by emailing fsaezaudit@ed.gov.
