Notifications remain visible on a school’s Dashboard in FSA Partner Connect until the associated issue or task is resolved. These notifications are designed to help users track open cases, pending actions, or updates related to School Eligibility and Oversight activities. Once the underlying item is addressed or closed, the notification will automatically be removed from the Dashboard.
