Case Management FAQ

Browse frequently asked questions and answers regarding Case Management.

There are two ways you can use to navigate to the Case Management page:

  1. Select Partner Connect Services dropdown. Under Additional Resources and select Case Management.

  2. You will see an updated Recent Partner Cases card on the Partner Dashboard which will contain the 5 most recent cases and details.

Yes, schools can manage their profile by restricting access and designating permissions to their case management card.

Once logged into Partner Connect, users can select the Partner Connect Services dropdown option, select "Case Management" under Additional Resources or can navigate to the Case Management page.
