Subject:� Run Date Clarification of the Final 732-LOS Report for 2000-2001 and 2001-2002

Dear Partner:

In the next few days, you will receive the final 732-LOS Report for 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 Program Years. The file will have a printed run date of August 15, 2003, even though the actual run date was August 4, 2003. This is because the system was designed to run these reports on either the 15th of the month or the last day of the month. The 15th was chosen to ensure that all data and/or corrections received by the July 31st deadline were processed through the entire system.
