Select the following link to self-enroll for basic access on FSA Partner Connect: ED Employee Self-Enrollment page. Once your FSA Partner Connect access request has been approved, you will be able to submit additional requests for the following systems:
- National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
- Common Origination and Disbursement (COD)
- Electronic Cohort Default Rate (eCDR) Appeals
- FAFSA Partner Portal (FPP)
- eZ-Audit
- Consent Check Tool
- Federal Tax Information (FTI) Data View Application

Initiated by the Access Manager / Alternate Access Manager
The Access Manager / Alternate Access Manager can simultaneously request FSA Partner Connect Access for the ED Employee User, as well as submit additional requests for the following systems:
- National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
- Common Origination and Disbursement (COD)
- Electronic Cohort Default Rate (eCDR) Appeals
- FAFSA Partner Portal (FPP)
- eZ-Audit
- Consent Check Tool
- Federal Tax Information (FTI) Data View Application
