Subject: 2018-2019 Summary of Changes for the Application Processing System Guide (December 2017)
We are pleased to announce the posting of the updated 2018-2019 Summary of Changes for the Application Processing System guide. This guide provides information about changes and enhancements made to the application processing system for 2018-2019.
The December 2017 version of the guide updates the last paragraph of the “Redefined Age Range for Homeless Youth” sub-section of the FAA Access to CPS Online Application Processing Changes section to correct the conditions that cause the special circumstances message in FAA Correction Entry and the description of how FAAs can respond to the message.
In addition to its current availability on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website, the guide will also be available in the next several days from the Federal Student Aid Download (FSAdownload) website, located at https://fsadownload.ed.gov.
