Subject: Gainful Employment Electronic Announcement #6 - Unofficial Draft Regulations on Metrics for Gainful Employment Programs
The Secretary is making available a pre-publication copy of the final regulations on the metrics for determining the eligibility of an educational program that leads to gainful employment in a recognized occupation. These final regulations have been transmitted to the Federal Register and will be published in the coming days.
